How we work?

PITCH PHASE

Step 1: You get connected with one of our designers who has all ears to what all your requirements are. He/She will suggest you if anything need to be added according to your space.

Step 2: On next meeting, the Designer will be ready with a Presentation with few reference images as per your requirement and discussion. He/She will suggest you with all the beautification items that can be added up for designing.

Step 3: A final presentation for everything discussed is made. A price comparison between different types of materials, brands is told so we get an idea what all fits in Budget.

Step 4: On approval, estimation is made. This estimation is according to the material chosen, the area according to floor plan and design aspect we’re looking forward to.

Step 5: Revisions if any, and a payment of 10% of Total estimation to be paid to move to Design Phase.

DESIGN PHASE

Step 1: A Drafting team visits your site for accurate measurements. This is necessary for interior designing considering too many differences in floor plan vs actual.

Step 2: The Designer has various sessions with you discussing each and every line item minutely. During this step, various options for cost related issues are explained.

Step 3: Selections of colors, laminates are done.

Step 4: On Approval of the shades, 3d rendering starts.

Step 5: Changes if any, after 3d work are done. Exact Quotation according to accurate measurements and selections are done. 50% Payment of overall quotation to be paid to move to Execution Phase.

EXECUTION PHASE

Step 1: Site validation is done by all the key holders i.e Designer, Project Manager, Project executive and Modular experts is done. If any technical difficulties, it is pre informed to you.

Step 2: You’re provided with Project schedule, estimated Payment date along with amount.

Step 3: Team carries out whole execution seamlessly with no involvement of client needed. You can keep a view on progress as project executive shares with you progress reports.

Step 4: Site Handover. Snags are written down which are completed in a span of 1 month.
